A screenshot report is easier to read when the images follow the same order as the explanation. Add your PNGs, check the sequence, then choose whether the PDF needs a paper size or pages fitted to the images.
How It Works
Prepare the images
Add up to 50 images, each up to 50 MB. Read through the numbered list before you convert—this is the order your PDF will use.
Drag files in the list to change their order. Remove any image you do not want included. Each input file becomes one PDF page.
Same paper size or a page fitted to each image?
Under Options, use Page Size. The default is A4.
| Page Size | Result |
|---|---|
| A4 | A4 pages, with each image centered and scaled to fit. |
| Letter | Letter pages, with each image centered and scaled to fit. |
| Fit | Each page uses its image’s dimensions; page sizes may differ. |
Choose A4 or Letter when the document needs a consistent paper size. Images keep their proportions, so a wide screenshot on a portrait page will leave space above and below it. Choose Fit when each page should follow its image’s dimensions.
Save the PDF
Click Convert, then Download when the PDF is ready. If Auto-download is enabled, a download may start automatically after five seconds.
Open the saved PDF before sharing it. Check the first and last pages, then look at small text and image edges throughout the document. Keep the source images handy if you need another pass at the order or page size.
Questions about PNG to PDF
The picker accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG and WebP. You can select up to 50 images, each up to 50 MB. An accepted extension does not guarantee that a particular file can be decoded.
Export that image as PNG or JPG and try again. Keep the original file, especially if it contains more than one image or page.
Check transparent edges and backgrounds in the downloaded PDF. Do not assume that every PDF viewer will display the result exactly as your image editor does.
Wrapping a screenshot in a PDF does not recreate sharper letters or recover missing pixels. Use a higher-resolution screenshot if available and avoid enlarging a small image excessively. Inspect the PDF at normal reading size before sharing.
