How It Works
Choose your document
Add a DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, PPT, PPTX or ODP file, up to 50 MB. The file picker accepts up to 10 files.
For predictable separate downloads, convert one document at a time. A batch can produce separate PDFs or one combined PDF, depending on how conversion runs.
Check the page-size choice
Page Size offers A4, Letter and Legal, with A4 selected by default.
The selected size is not applied consistently across conversion paths. Check the saved PDF’s page dimensions before printing; choosing Letter or Legal alone does not guarantee that output size.
Convert and review the result
Click Convert, then use Download to save the result. If Auto-download is enabled, saving may begin automatically.
Before sending the PDF, compare it with your original: check page breaks, fonts, tables and slide edges. Keep the original for later edits.
Files may be uploaded for conversion. Keep an internet connection while starting the task; this is not an offline workflow.
Questions about Office to PDF
Compare the PDF with your original before relying on its layout. Formatting can change during conversion, so an exact match is not guaranteed.
Use Excel to PDF for spreadsheet files. This file picker accepts documents and presentations.
Yes. Open the downloaded PDF and inspect headings, tables, page breaks, and any links you need. A document that looks right in the source app can lay out differently during conversion, particularly when fonts or complex formatting are involved.
