How It Works
Choose your recording
Open one MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A, AAC or WMA file, up to 100 MB. Keep your original so you can compare the sound afterward.
Set the noise reduction
Start with Strength at 0.001 in Options. Raise it if you want more noise reduction, or lower it for a lighter change. You can choose a value from 0.0001 to 0.01.
For this workflow, leave Effects Chain unchanged. Adjusting Volume & Pan can override the Strength setting when you process the file.
Click Process Audio Denoise. The dedicated noise-reduction result is an MP3 file.
Listen to the saved result
The download starts automatically after processing when your access allows it. You can also click Download in the result. Listen to a quiet gap, then to a voice or instrument you want to keep. If it sounds thinner or less clear, try a lower Strength.
Aim for a useful recording, not complete silence between every sound. Noise reduction may leave some unwanted sound behind.
Questions about audio denoise
No. This workspace accepts one file at a time.
Audio Denoise applies a noise-reduction filter with an adjustable Strength setting. AI Audio Enhancer is a separate enhancement tool. Start with gentle reduction and listen for changes to speech detail; neither tool can reliably recover speech that was not captured clearly.
No. Steady background noise is different from a sound that overlaps speech, such as another person talking. Strong reduction may also affect the voice you want to keep. Compare the original and processed audio before deciding how much cleanup is useful.
The reduction may be removing useful speech detail along with noise. Reduce the strength and listen to soft words and consonants. A little remaining background noise can be preferable to speech that sounds unnatural.
Noise reduction is not a reliable repair for clipping. Clipping happens when the recording level is too high and the captured waveform is distorted. Keep the original, try a less damaged recording if available, and avoid expecting noise cleanup to reconstruct missing detail.
