Sign-in and credits may be required. Where offered, On device processing has a limited guest trial; availability depends on your file and device. Check the access panel before processing.
Use a music track or recorded narration when you want it to be the video’s soundtrack. Keep the original video if you might want its sound again.
How It Works
Choose files that fit
Choose one MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI or MKV video and one MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG or FLAC audio file. Exactly two files are required, with a 500 MB limit per file.
Pair your video with its new audio
Add your video and audio file. If the tool asks for a missing file, check that you have one of each. Leave the shared editor controls unchanged for this replacement workflow.
When your files are ready, complete any access prompt and select Process Add Audio to Video. Use the result’s download control to save your MP4.
What to check in the MP4
Your new audio starts at the beginning of the video. If it ends early, the remaining video is silent. If it runs longer, it ends with the video. Listen through the transition before sharing the result.
Check that you hear the intended track and that the video plays to the end. This workflow replaces the soundtrack; it does not blend your new audio with the original sound. If processing fails, check that both files play separately and follow the displayed message.
Add Audio to Video questions
No. The result uses the supplied audio track instead of the original soundtrack.
Passing the upload check is only the first step. Your device may not have enough processing capacity, or the file may contain media the converter cannot read. Follow the displayed message. Online processing may require sign-in and credits.
This tool replaces the original soundtrack with the audio file you supply. To keep speech and add music, mix them together in an audio editor first, then supply that combined track. Listen to the exported video to check the balance and timing.
